1. Free Services
Initial career counselling and course guidance sessions are provided free of charge and are not eligible for any refund, as no payment is collected.
2. Paid Application Assistance
For paid services such as end-to-end documentation and visa filing assistance, refunds are considered only if the service has not yet commenced.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided once documentation has been submitted to a college/university, or once a visa application has been filed on the student's behalf.
5. How To Request A Refund
